The Kurdish Cardinal

Kitap Hakkında

A whisper born beneath Ararat became an echo within the stone walls of the Vatican. This documentary novel is a journey into the source of that echo.Teyo was a Kurdish youth cast out by his family, left without roots beneath the shadow of Mount Ararat. One morning, he walked away from his home and never returned. He left behind his name, his faith, his past.He sought refuge in a church in Mersin, vanished in İzmir, and emerged in Italy with a new identity: Luigi Parolin. But his legacy would be heard not in his own name, but through his son's: CARDINAL PIETRO PAROLIN.This novel traces the unknown origin of a cardinal and the silent footprints of a forgotten father. Inspired by true events, it bears witness to a silenced memory, to the reconstruction of a buried identity.A life that lost its name became eternal in the name of his son.   (Tanıtım Bülteninden)
