She started to take Behavioral Sciences and Management Sciences trainings in the last 6 years of her 15 years of working as a computer engineer. Since the beginning of 2000, she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach in the fields of Behavioral Sciences and Management Sciences, leaving behind Computer Engineering.
